Timing: The “Sweepstakes Period” is from 12:00:01 am Eastern Time (ET) February 18, 2025 ("Sweepstakes-Start") to 11:59:59 pm ET April 30, 2025 ("Sweepstakes-End"). Sponsor's computer clock governs time.

Eligibility: This Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents residing in the 50 United States and D.C., 21 years of age or older at the time of entry, who have Internet access and are the authorized user of an email address in the U.S. Void in all U.S. territories, external commonwealths and possessions and where prohibited, licensed, restricted or taxed. Employees, officers, directors, agents, representatives and their immediate families (spouse, parents, children, siblings and each of their spouses regardless where they live) or members of household of World Travel Holdings, Inc. d/b/a Delta Cruises ("Sponsor"), Delta Airlines, Inc. (“Delta” or “Delta Airlines”), Virgin Cruises Intermediate Limited (“Virgin Voyages”) and TMACO, LLC d/b/a THE MARKETING AGENCY ("Administrator"), their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, design, web design, web hosting and publicity agencies (the "Sweepstakes Entities") and anyone connected with the production or distribution of this Sweepstakes are not eligible to enter or be awarded a prize.

How to Enter: You may enter the Sweepstakes on the Internet. Go to https://cruises.delta.com/promotion/sweepstakes.do and follow the on-screen instructions to enter your first name, last name, a valid, working email address for which you are the authorized user and your zip code and submit during the Sweepstakes Period to receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Limit one (1) entry per person/email address during the Sweepstakes Period. Entries must be made by an individual from a stand-alone computer or mobile device* and may not be made by proxy or any electronic/automated means such as script, bot, macro, or any other similar software or program. You may not enter with multiple emails and/or multiple identities nor may you use any other device or artifice to obtain more than the maximum number of entries. Multiple entrants may not use the same email address. Alternative Entry: Send a piece of paper with your hand-printed name, Zip Code and a valid email address for which you are the authorized user in an adequately stamped envelope (no larger than a #10 business envelope) to: Delta Cruises “Giveaway”, c/o The Marketing Agency, PO Box 11919, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33339-1919. Your entry must be postmarked by the Sweepstakes-End date and received up to seven (7) days later to receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Entries that do not contain all the information requested or are duplicates, non-hand-printed or oversized entries, copies and other mechanical reproductions are not permitted for mail-in entries and will be disqualified from drawings. Sponsor is not responsible for illegible, lost, late, misdirected, postage due, damaged or incomplete entries. Proof of mailing an entry is not proof of receipt. You may enter only once regardless of method of entry. All discovered entries made in violation of these rules will be disqualified. YOU MUST SUPPLY AN ACCURATE, FUNCTIONING EMAIL ADDRESS, FOR WHICH YOU ARE THE AUTHORIZED USER, FOR YOUR ENTRY TO BE ELIGIBLE AND TO BE NOTIFIED. "Authorized user" is defined as the natural person who is assigned an email address by an Internet mail provider, Internet access provider, online service provider or organization (e.g. business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the email address. In the case of a dispute regarding who submitted a particular online entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the Authorized user of the email account. For Non-US Residents: This Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents residing in the United States and District of Columbia. If you are a non-resident of the U.S.A or the District of Columbia, e.g., Canada, and enter the Sweepstakes you won’t be eligible to be awarded a prize, however your entry information might be collected. By entering, you agree to receive Sponsor’s emailed newsletters and promotions from which you may unsubscribe at any time after first notice. Do not enter if you don’t want to receive emails from Sponsor. USA entrants, by entering this Sweepstakes, you agree to receive marketing emails from Sponsor about their products, promotions and services. You may unsubscribe from receiving these emails at any time following the first one by following the directions at the bottom of each email.

Winner Selection: There will be one (1) potential Grand Prize, one (1) potential First Prize and one (1) potential Second Prize (each, a “prize”) chosen. Potential winners will be chosen in random drawings approximately 45 days after Sweepstakes-End from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Winners will be notified within five (5) days of the selection by email. It is an entrant's responsibility to keep his/her email address current and to monitor it. It is a potential winner's responsibility to respond to an email message notification within three (3) business days of email send-time with all requested information. All timely respondents indicating they want to accept the prize and supplying full contact information will be sent an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability and (where legal) Publicity Release which they will be required to execute and return via fax or scan within three (3) business days of date on email notification. Failure to do so will indicate definitively to the Administrator that the prize has been declined and forfeited for all time and without further notice another potential winner will be chosen in random drawings. Neither Sponsor nor Administrator is responsible for electronic communications which are undeliverable as a result of any form of active or passive filtering of any kind or insufficient space in entrant's email account to receive email messages. Should a greater number of prize claims be received because of printing, emailing, phoning, messaging, programming errors or for any reason whatsoever, only the prizes and the values stated in these Official Rules will be awarded in the sole discretion of the Administrator according to these Official Rules.

Quantity, Prize, Approximate Retail Value (ARV): : One (1) Grand Prize: a 7-night cruise for two (2) aboard any sailing offered through Virgin Voyages to Europe up to a retail value of $6,500. ARV: $6,500; One (1) First Prize: a 7-night Caribbean sailing for two (2) offered through Virgin Voyages up to a retail value of $5,000. ARV: $5,000 and One (1) Second Prize: a 3-5 night Caribbean sailing for two (2) offered through Virgin Voyages up to a retail value of $3,500. ARV: $3,500. All prizes are awarded “as is” and are subject to cabin availability, blackout dates, and the Terms and Conditions of Virgin Voyages. A cruise vacation includes ship accommodations, ocean transportation, onboard standard meals, most non-alcoholic beverages, and most entertainment aboard the ship. Each winner will be responsible for all cruise-related expenditures over the cruise voucher value or that are not coverable with the cruise voucher including, without limitation, transportation to/from departure/return ports, port charges, alcoholic and some other beverages, gratuities, shore excursions, telephone/Wi-Fi, incidentals, personal expenses and travel/medical/baggage insurance. Each Winner must book all travel through Delta Cruises which will contact each Winner. All prize travel must return to a USA port by June 30, 2026, or it will be forfeited without compensation. A prize winner and his/her travel companion (who must be at least 21 years of age and a legal resident of the United States) must travel on the same itinerary. Prize winner and cruise travel companion (if a winner chooses to travel with one) are responsible for: (i) all travel documents including, without limitation, a current, valid U.S.A Passport valid for at least six (6) months after cruise-return date and other identification documents, e.g., visas, acceptable to the cruise line, the TSA, the U.S.A Government and governments of ports of call of the cruise; (ii) all medical requirements including vaccinations and proof of same and other proof of health requested by the cruise line and ports of call; (iii) respecting all cruise line and local regulations. Sponsor and cruise line, as they may apply, have the right to refuse, and/or terminate, travel of anyone who does not have proper travel documents or who does not comply with all rules and regulations of the cruise line and the local authorities of ports of call or comport him/herself properly. There will be no substitution or compensation for a prize or part of a prize forfeited due to winner's or winner's companion's (should one accompany winner) non-compliance with cruise line and venues’ regulations or any other reason. Should winner not travel with a companion, there will be no adjustment to the prize (or its value) or any compensation. Should the actual value of any prize stated above be less than the ARV stated, the difference will not be awarded in cash or kind. By accepting a prize, all winners acknowledge that the Sweepstakes Entities have neither made, nor are in any manner responsible or liable for, any warranty, representation or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the prize or regarding the use, value, merchantability or enjoyment of the prize. Odds: Odds of winning any prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

General: By participating in this Sweepstakes, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules. Sweepstakes administration, winner selection and verification will be conducted by the Administrator, the independent judging organization, whose decisions are final and legally binding. No entrant or winner shall have the right to contest any decision by the Administrator concerning any aspect of the Sweepstakes or the interpretation of the Official Rules or the determination as to the qualification of entries. Sponsor is not responsible for those who cannot access the Internet or cannot click-through for any period of time regardless of technical, hardware, software, telephone, Internet, network problems or virus contamination, force majeure including sickness and epidemics, or human error and for delay, failure or malfunction for any reason. Sponsor and Administrator reserve the right to cancel/terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes if in Sponsor’s and Administrator’s sole determination believe that the integrity of the Sweepstakes has been, or could be, compromised or that the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned or fairly, including without limitation infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, force majeure including sickness and epidemics, human error or any other causes. Winners will be drawn from among all non-suspicious, eligible entries received up to the time of cancellation/termination and mail-in entries received up to seven (7) days later. Administrator reserves the right to disqualify any entry from the Sweepstakes if in Administrator’s sole judgment entrant has not complied with these Official Rules. Without limitation, all of an entrant's entries will be disqualified, at the sole discretion of Administrator, if entrant attempts (i) to enter the Sweepstakes through any means other than as described in these Official Rules; or (ii) provides information that is inaccurate or fraudulent; or (iii) attempts to disrupt the Sweepstakes or circumvent the terms and conditions of these Official Rules. Sweepstakes Entities assume no liability for damage caused to an entrant's or any other person's/entity's computer hardware or device, software or communications network, regardless of cause . Only the prizes and their respective values listed in the Official Rules shall be awarded. By entering this Sweepstakes, each entrant explicitly releases, discharges and holds harmless the Sweepstakes Entities and all their respective shareholders, estates, assigns, employees, officers, directors, agents and representatives, one and all, from any and all liability, actions, causes of action, damages, actual, incidental or consequential, claims and demands whatsoever in law or equity, including all "costs", which s/he now has or may acquire, by reason of any personal injury, death, loss of or damage to property, or any reason, occurring during or arising out of his/her participation or non-participation in the Sweepstakes and the acceptance and use or misuse of a prize, including any travel related thereto . By accepting a prize, winner waives the right to (i) assert as a cost of winning the prize any and all costs of verification and redemption or travel to redeem said prize, and (ii) claim any liability (including attorney's fees and costs) which might arise from redeeming or seeking to redeem said prize (including any travel related thereto). The right to receive a prize is non-assignable and non-transferable and no prize substitution, exchange or cash equivalent will be allowed except by Sponsor who reserves the right to substitute a prize (or portion of a prize) of comparable or greater value. A prize or prize notification that is returned as undeliverable will disqualify the potential winner and an alternative winner shall be selected in random drawings.
